Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager located in Raipur. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and establishing relationships with clients. Key day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role demands proactiveness in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management
Understanding of banking products and services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in market research and analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the financial services industry is preferable
