Acquisition Manager

Position description: Acquire new customers for liabilities from open marketAssist the CRS unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities Enhance the relationship with the existing customers by crossselling products and services as per the profile and need of the customersTrainassist customers to use ATM and BCs drive usage of alternate channels

Primary Responsibilities:

BusinessMeet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition and existing customer conversionUnderstand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channelsLeads generated by branch staff and personal leadsReferrals generated from existing customersAlternate channelsMaintain the database of the prospects meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafterAccompany CRSUnsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities customerCross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officersShare customer insightsproduct related feedback with the Sales Manager LiabilitiesCustomersInteract with customers in a courteous and professional manner provide prompt efficient and accurate servicesReduce customer dormancy and customer attrition by continuous engagement interactionResolves the customer queries on various accounts FD RD remittances and third party productInternal ProcessesGuide the customer to fill the Account Opening Form ensure receipt and verification of KYC documents obtain customer signatures on all mandatory documentsStrictly adhere and maintain compliance to KYC normsDrive the usage of alternate channels such as ATMs BCs and assist customers to use ATMs for dispensing cashLearning and PerformanceMaintain up to date knowledge of the liabilities products and services as well as a working knowledge of other products offered in the branchResolve queries raised by CRSunsecured loans wrt liability products and support them in selling liabilitiesEnsure adherence to training mandays mandatory training programs for self Ensure goal setting midyear review and performance appraisal processes are completed within specified timelines
