Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the IT Strategy domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy and advisory services, with excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on IT-related projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT capabilities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT strategy, technology management, and digital transformation concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and initiative.
Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies is desirable.
Strong knowledge of Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd's products and services is an added advantage.
