Role Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located at our Jaipur office. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records of payments and outstanding balances, and handling debt collection to ensure timely receipt of payments. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing and collection issues and support the company’s financial operations will also be key duties. Preparing regular reports and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations are critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in finance-related tasks such as invoicing and account reconciliation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage accounts effectively
Experience in debt collection and ensuring timely payment recovery
Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in accounts receivable or finance-related roles is advantageous
