If you’ve worked in a Accounts Receivables and Credit control profile for more than 1-year, are particular, precise, and deadline-driven, you may be an ideal fit for our Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly billing, invoicing, and preparation of proforma invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date books of accounts with accuracy and completeness.
• Handle accounting operations using Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with clients and sales teams for timely collection follow-ups.
• Record daily bank receipts and collections in Tally.
• Prepare and monitor Accounts Receivable and Outstanding Reports.
• Conduct regular daily bank reconciliations.
• GST R1 related billing/invoicing activities.
• Perform TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS.
• New Vendor Registration.
• Ledger Reconciliation.
• Need to account for Suspense a/c clearance.
• Generate and analyze MIS reports for management review.
• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary data or clarifications as required.
