Accounts Receivable Manager

Role Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist/Manager at Tricog group, you will be responsible for handling the entire Income/Credit/Accounts Receivable operations in alignment with group practices and controls. Your key activities will include generating invoices, resolving queries, ensuring accurate accounting of transactions, preparing GST returns, maintaining close follow-ups with customers for timely collections, and other accounts receivable functions. Additionally, you will be expected to act as a team player, take ownership of tasks, and eventually lead a team. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end operations impacting revenue, customers, and accounts receivables - Generate invoices, estimates, quotations accurately and in a timely manner - Resolve queries and tickets from customers, sales team, and other internal stakeholders promptly - Ensure accurate accounting of all transactions including bank entries, journals, TDS adjustments, and bank reconciliation statements - Prepare returns related to GST and other applicable laws - Maintain close follow-ups with customers and sales team for timely collections - Conduct periodic accounts receivable calls with the sales team to review debtors" positions - Engage in all other activities related to accounts receivable and credit function - Demonstrate strong team building and handling skills Qualifications Required: - B.Com/MBA with 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting - Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures - Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications - Excellent analytical and numerical skills - Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential data - Effective communication skills Note: Omitting any additional details of the company as none were mentioned in the job description.,
