Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Iron Systems, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and outstanding balances.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure prompt payment.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
