Job Description

As a Support Service Coordinator at Iron Systems, you'll be responsible for coordinating with vendors and their related services for our US and international customers. You'll also provide timely reports to management on daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly performance figures. Iron Systems is an innovative, customer-focused provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms such as network servers, storage, OEM/ODM appliances, and embedded systems. Job Requirements Should have a good understanding of vendor selection, negotiation, onboarding, and contract management . Should have a good understanding of sales orders and purchase orders . Hands-on experience in MS Excel . Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills . Should have a problem-solving attitude to handle critical cases. Should have out-of-the-box thinking to take initiative to resolve queries. Should be self-driven and must have the ability to take critical decisions when and where required. Should be well-versed with customer/vendor handling and internal team coordination . Should be proactive in anticipating customer's or vendor's needs. Should have experience in escalation handling .
