Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee reconciliation and accounting processes for FinTech transactions. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in managing digital payment ecosystems. The candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations while driving process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage
the reconciliation team for FinTech transactions across multiple platforms, payment gateways, and banking channels.
Ensure timely and accurate
daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
of digital transactions.
Oversee
general ledger postings
, accounting entries, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Develop and implement
internal controls
to minimize financial risks and discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Operations, Audit) to resolve reconciliation issues.
Prepare and review
MIS reports, transactions summary and variance analysis
for management.
Drive
automation and process optimization
for reconciliation and reporting.
Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance checks.
Mentor and train team members to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

B. com/M. com/ MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification.

Skills and Experience:

5 - 6 years of experience in
Finance Operations
, with at least 1 years in a
managerial role
.
Strong knowledge of
FinTech platforms, payment gateways, UPI, wallets, and digital banking systems
.
Expertise in
accounting standards, reconciliation processes, and ERP systems
(Oracle/Tally).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Experience in
FinTech, e-commerce, or BFSI sector
.
Familiarity with
automation tools and advanced Excel
.
