Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our e-commerce company. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with additional experience in e-commerce being an advantage. The role requires thorough knowledge of debtors reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and B2B (Business-to-Business) accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting. Perform debtor reconciliation and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis. Process invoices, verify financial data for accuracy, and ensure compliance with company policies. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Prepare and maintain accurate aging reports and accounts receivable statements. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to address payment issues and discrepancies. Assist in monthly closing activities related to accounts receivable Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable within a manufacturing company (e-commerce experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of debtor reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and B2B financial practices. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
