What You'll Do

• Accounts Receivable Management:

   Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate record-keeping.

• Accounts Payable Coordination:

   Support the accounts payable process as needed to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.

• Revenue Collection:

   Follow up diligently with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve outstanding invoices.

• Tracking & Monitoring:

   Track, monitor, and report on collection activities, highlighting delays or issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of Experience in AR processes, with hands-on experience in collections.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for customer follow-ups.
• Ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
