Location: Bengaluru Year Of Experience: 5 years+ Role Overview: The Cluster Head represents Care. Fi across partner hospitals and manages a team of 30-40 executives across 10-15 hospitals. The role focuses on driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering business goals. Additionally, the Cluster Head strengthens Care. Fi brand in the region by delivering impactful results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Ownership: • Own P&L and drive business goals for the cluster. • Ensure consistent revenue growth and maintain a healthy contribution margin. • Drive deeper penetration of products at hospitals. 2. Customer Success: • Serve as the primary contact for hospital stakeholders, building strong relationships. • Maintain high NPS from hospital partners. • Drive timely escalation resolution with minimized TAT. • Strengthen brand by delivering impactful results at hospitals 3. Operational Excellence: • Oversee smooth product delivery and ensure process and SOP compliance. • Lead change management initiatives within teams and with partners. • Continuously monitor performance against business targets. 4. Team Leadership: • Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team. • Develop team members, improving performance and morale. • Proactively manage staking and hiring to meet business demands. KPIs for Success: • Revenue Growth, Customer NPS, TAT for Escalations, Contribution Margin, and Brand Impact. • Proven experience leading large teams across multiple locations. • Strong P&L management and stakeholder relationship skills. • Experience in operations and process adherence. • Capable of managing performance metrics and driving business outcomes. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in operations or team management roles. • Experience in healthcare, retail, or FMCG sectors. • Ability to manage a geographically dispersed team.
