Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lonavala for an Accounts Receivable Assistant. Responsibilities include managing the billing process, issuing invoices, maintaining credit control, and assisting in financial documentation. The role requires regular reconciliation of accounts, analysis of data to ensure accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams to address discrepancies. The associate will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s financial efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Credit Control.
• Strong Analytical and Finance skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
• Attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site with a collaborative and detail-focused approach.
