🎯 Job Title: Accounts Payable
🪩 Location : Hyderabad
💼 Experience: At least 1-3 year in Accounts Payable / oracle Fusion(Tool).
📌 Core Responsibilities
🔷 Evaluate & Approve Payment Requests
Check invoices/payment requests against approval authority database.
Return if not within approval guidelines.
🔷 Invoice Processing (PO & Non-PO)
Enter invoice details into SAP with correct GL coding.
Work with General Accounting if there are coding issues.
Handle Purchase Order (PO) invoices and inform buyers of any variances.
🔷 Prioritization & Escalation
Follow supervisor’s priority guidelines.
Escalate urgent or priority invoices for faster processing.
🔷 Customer Service (Internal/External)
Provide support to vendors and internal teams regarding invoice/payment status.
Use proper communication to resolve issues.
🔷 Vendor Setup & Maintenance
Verify documentation before creating or updating vendor accounts in SAP.
Identify and communicate vendor data discrepancies.
🔷 Quality Control & Error Handling
Perform quality control on processed invoices in the AP database.
Research, rework, and fix incorrect invoice entries.
🔷 Data Analysis & Reporting
Retrieve and analyze vendor/invoice data for resolving payment issues.
Ensure timely payments by resolving discrepancies quickly.
Team Support
Act as a backup resource for other AP team members when needed.
