Accounts Payable Specialist

We are hiring for Accounts Payable Specialist

Jd:

• Review, create, and evaluate routine purchase requisitions for supplies and services.

• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

• Track and maintain purchase orders and work with vendors on any PO, invoice issues.

• Invoice processing and automation.

• Research, analyze and resolve purchasing inquiries and provide support internally and to vendors.

• Provide input to the updating or writing of policies/procedures/processes

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge on Coupa tool.

We expect you to have

• Overall 4+ years of experience with at least 2+ years of experience in AP activities including working understanding of accounting, VAT, GST and TDS concepts.

• Experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices and procedures.

• Deliver high volume of transactional work (invoice generation ; processing) with the highest accuracy and timeliness.

• Automate and record invoices into accounting system.

• Ability to think critically by applying problem solving practices, using technology and other resources appropriately.

• Proficient in MS Office especially on Excel and Word

• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.

• Strong communication skills across different cultures.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Education Qualification: University degree in Accounting, Business/Finance or equivalent.
