The Opportunity Everyday Health Professional is seeking a dedicated, highly focused, and committed Associate Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The Everyday Health Professional Marketing team is responsible for communicating with our Health Care Professional (HCP) audience via MedPageToday.com, Primeinc.org, HealtheCareers.com and a network of related properties. The ideal candidate will be an internally motivated team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills. The right person for this role is exemplary in their attention to detail and possesses the ability to connect their work to higher-level themes across programs. You will assist our marketers to maximize the effectiveness of their communications in various types of email (newsletters, alerts, marketing emails, etc.) and website-based creatives. Additionally, you will continually strive to improve the efficiency and scale of our marketing communications, with a particular focus on email creation. This team supports internal operations and client-facing work by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data pipelines, audience segmentation, and reporting. Youll take ownership of quality checks across the data lifecycle from ingestion to delivery and work closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to drive high standards and solve issues quickly. Strong communication and collaboration are key to this role. Key Responsibilities Own and manage QA processes for data pipelines, campaign outputs, and reporting across Databricks, SQL Server, Looker, and QuickPivot Build automated tests to catch data issues early and ensure clean, reliable data throughout workflows Test all changes and new development before they go live Work closely with engineering, business intelligence, data science and operations teams to identify and resolve issues quickly Maintain clear documentation of QA processes and testing standards Investigate data quality problems and recommend solutions that prevent them from recurring Be the final checkpoint for data accuracy before delivery to internal teams or clients Mentor junior team members and promote QA best practices Collaborate with global teammates in agile, sprint-based cycles managing priorities, raising blockers, and delivering quality work on time Bonus if the candidate brings a strong understanding of clean coding principles and can actively contribute to enforcing code quality and development standards.
