Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process vendor invoices after proper approval workflows and statutory deductions.
• Reconcile actual expenses against budgets and report any variances to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and compile data for timely payments and statutory filings, including

  TDS

  ,

  GST

  , and other tax obligations.
• Develop monthly cash expense budgets to support organizational cash flow forecasting.
• Conduct periodic

  ledger scrutiny

  to identify inconsistencies and ensure data integrity.
• Generate monthly reports covering accounts payable activities and other financial metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, HR, PMO, Operations) to gather and validate financial information.
• Track unbudgeted expenses and actively engage with internal teams for clarification and resolution.
• Investigate and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide support for general financial analysis and assist with broader finance functions.
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date documentation for accounts payable and statutory records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Postgraduate degree or

  MBA in Finance

  ;

  CA (Chartered Accountant)

  qualification is

  required

• Proven experience in budgeting of expenses and preparing outstanding expenses on both

  cash and accrual basis

  .
• Strong understanding of

  core accounting principles

  and accounts payable best practices.
• Hands-on experience with

  QuickBooks

  Google Sheets

  Microsoft Excel

• In-depth knowledge of

  Indian tax regulations

  TDS
