Accounts Payable Manager:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounts payable process and ensure timely payments.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Supervise and train accounts payable staff.
- Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable data for accuracy.
- Prepare and present accounts payable reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline payment processes.
- Handle escalated issues related to accounts payable.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation.
Knowledge Skills required
- Comprehensive understanding of accounts payable processes and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in accounts payable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
