Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices, preparing payment reports, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves reconciling accounts payable transactions, addressing vendor inquiries, and supporting month-end closing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, invoice management, and payment processing
• Proficiency in financial reconciliation, vendor account management, and report preparation
• Experience with accounting software and basic financial principles
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services firm is advantageous
