About Us

Nature Villa is a boutique lifestyle service villa and resort set in an 80-year-old heritage property in Aluva, Ernakulam. Along with premium guest rooms and restaurant services, we also offer curated domestic & international tour packages and operate an EV fast-charging station.

We are looking for a proactive Admin Cum MIS Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in managing administrative operations and ensuring smooth data management through accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
• Maintain, update, and analyze MIS reports for operations, finance, and reservations.
• Support management in decision-making through timely and accurate data insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams for guest services, reservations, and vendor management.
• Maintain proper filing systems, documentation, and compliance records.
• Assist in monitoring expenses, billings, and vendor payments.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and present summaries to management.

Must-Have Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of proven experience in Administration / MIS / Front Office / Reservations ✔ Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi preferred) ✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace ✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines ✔ Willingness to work full-time on-site in Aluva, Kochi

Salary & Benefits
