Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in Tally, Excel, and managing accounts data, with a strong ability to generate and analyze MIS reports. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally, including day-to-day entries, reconciliations, and ledgers. Prepare and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports to support business decisions. Handle vendor and client invoicing, payment tracking, and account settlements. Support financial audits and prepare required statements. Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in regulatory filings. Collaborate with management and the finance team to streamline reporting and data accuracy. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly performance reports. Requirements: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 3–4 years in accounts and MIS roles. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Experience in a consulting or alco-bev industry (preferred, not mandatory).
