Accounts & MIS Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Help Desk Executive to be a valuable addition to our team. As the primary point of contact for vendors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and overall vendor satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include addressing vendor inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, managing vendor communication via phone, email, and support tickets, and collaborating with internal teams to promptly resolve vendor concerns. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating vendor records to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, monitoring vendor performance metrics, and providing feedback to enhance service levels. Additionally, you will assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring their understanding of company policies and procedures. Generating reports and insights on vendor interactions and issues, as well as continuously identifying opportunities to improve vendor support processes, will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven experience in a help desk, customer support, or vendor management role is required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in using help desk software and CRM tools, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are essential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are also necessary for success in this role. Preferred skills include experience in vendor management or procurement support and knowledge of the Telecom and Infrastructure Industries. This is a full-time position, and the benefits offered include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to reliably commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana, is required.
