Accounts & MIS Executive

As a Vendor Help Desk Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and overall vendor satisfaction. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be key in managing vendor relationships and providing top-notch support. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Managing vendor communication via phone, email, and support tickets. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of vendor concerns. - Maintaining and updating vendor records with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality. - Monitoring vendor performance metrics and providing feedback for service improvement. - Assisting in the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Generating reports and insights on vendor interactions and issues. - Continuously identifying opportunities to enhance vendor support processes. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in a help desk, customer support, or vendor management role. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred skills include experience in vendor management or procurement support, along with knowledge of Telecom and Infrastructure Industries. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in Gurgaon, Haryana. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
