Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager (Accounts & Finance)

Desirables: Must able to handle complete operations of the hotel industry “Accounts & Finance” department independently.

Role & Responsibilities:
Your role would be crucial in managing the financial aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and providing financial guidance to the hotel's management.
Following will be your job responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead the accounts and finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional growth and efficiency.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present these reports to the senior management and provide insights on the financial performance of the hotel.
3. Develop annual budgets for the hotel's various departments and work closely with department heads to ensure adherence to the budget. Provide financial forecasting and projections for future periods to aid in decision-making.
4. Implement cost-control measures to optimize expenses without compromising on service quality. Monitor expenditures across departments and identify areas where cost-saving opportunities exist.
5. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments to vendors while managing outstanding customer balances effectively.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, handle tax audits, and keep abreast of any changes in tax legislation that may impact the hotel's finances.
7. Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability of different aspects of the hotel's operations, such as food and beverage outlets, accommodation, and events. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance revenue and profitability.
8. Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations and to meet financial obligations, such as vendor payments and payroll.
9. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the hotel's assets and prevent fraud or financial mismanagement.
10. Coordinate with external auditors during the financial audit process and address any audit findings or recommendations.
11. Manage banking relationships and work on treasury functions, such as optimizing cash investments and foreign currency transactions.
12. Process and control over bank finances along with new sanctions.
13. Coordinating in approval of hotel related purchase orders and also approve by yourself under the sanctioned limit.
14. Collaborate with the senior management team to develop long-term financial plans and strategies for the hotel's growth and expansion.
15. Stay updated with relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
