Job Title: Accounts & Operations Executive

Job Description:

The Accounts & Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, brokerage calculation, compliance, and reporting. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of Tally ERP, taxation, and data automation tools like Google Sheets and Apps Script.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Book-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records in Tally ERP / Excel.
  • Record all income and expense entries including brokerage, commission, F&O, and professional income.
  • Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and reconciliation statements.
  • Brokerage & Commission Management:
  • Calculate and record brokerage and commission for mutual funds, insurance, and trading partners.
  • Maintain detailed commission sheets with TDS deductions and payment updates.
  • Generate partner-wise Bills of Supply and ensure compliance with tax rules.
  • GST & TDS Compliance:
  • Handle monthly and quarterly TDS and GST returns.
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for audit, ITR filing, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting & MIS:
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial summaries and performance reports.
  • Assist management in financial decision-making through accurate MIS data.
  • Track and reconcile partner payments, business expenses, and client portfolios.
  • Automation & Data Systems:
  • Use Google Sheets + Apps Script to automate commission reports, invoices, and client portfolio tracking.
  • Maintain structured data for partners, clients, and investment records.
  • Client Portfolio Management:
  • Track clients’ investments, buy/sell orders, and advisory compliance.
  • Monitor portfolio growth and ensure adherence to investment capping agreements.

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts, brokerage, or financial operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
