Job Title: Accounts Manager Experience Required: 2 Years Location: Chandigarh (Onsite) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with at least 2 years of experience to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other tax returns. Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Supervise junior accounting staff. Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment and billing queries. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Good knowledge of MS Excel and other financial tools. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
