1. FINANCIAL RECORD MANAGEMENT Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and categorized. 2. TAXATION AND COMPLIANCE Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Ensure compliance with government regulations and accounting standards. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and records. 3. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently. Manage vendor payments and customer collections. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. 4. PAYROLL PROCESSING Calculate and process employee salaries, deductions, and reimbursements. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory payments like PF and ESI. Maintain payroll records and tax filings. 5. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND BUDGETING Monitor company expenses and revenue to provide financial insights. Assist in budget preparation and cost control strategies. Analyse financial trends and prepare reports for management. 6. BANK AND CASH MANAGEMENT Reconcile bank statements with company records. Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation. Monitor cash flow and suggest improvements. 7. SOFTWARE & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT Use accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books. Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in digital systems.
