Job Description

As an Accounts Manager at Padanilam, Kozhikode, your role will involve overseeing daily accounting activities, preparing accurate financial statements, managing budgeting and cash flow analysis, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and leading a team of junior Accountants. You will report to the Chief Accountant and be responsible for maintaining financial stability and accuracy for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily accounting activities - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of clients - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and taxation norms - Lead all the junior Accountants Qualifications Required: - CMA/CA Intermediate - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Must be based in Kozhikode In addition to the accounting responsibilities, you will also be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel is required along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. It is preferred that you have at least 1 year of experience in accounting. Please note that the salary range for this position is RS:17,000 - RS:20,000. The job is full-time and permanent, with the work location being in person at Padanilam, Kozhikode.,
