Job Title: Front Office Executive (Female) Location: Chandigarh Experience Required: 2 Years Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive (Female) to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Handle front office reception duties including visitor management and maintaining records Coordinate with internal departments for client queries and appointments Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary Schedule meetings and assist with administrative support when needed Handle courier services and incoming/outgoing mail Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Pleasant personality with a professional appearance Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment Must be punctual, reliable, and well-organized Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline Prior experience in corporate office, or service industry will be an advantage Benefits: Competitive salary as per industry standards Professional working environment Opportunity to grow within the organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
