Accounts Manager

Medella Softgel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing audits, maintaining compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Develop internal controls to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Monitor and manage company budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Assist management in strategic planning by providing accurate financial insights and analysis.
• Oversee the accounting team and provide guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
• Manage inventory valuation and cost control reporting in coordination with production and supply chain teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
