Job Description

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements and reports such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and monthly/annual closing.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies, including timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting to support management in decision-making.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring error-free entries and proper audit trails.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and implement recommended improvements.
Supervise and guide accounting staff, delegating work, reviewing accuracy, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Handle vendor and client accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
