Job Title: Accounts Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the entire financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting experience and strong proficiency in Tally ERP. This role involves managing a small finance team, ensuring compliance and preparing timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory returns.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure accuracy in data entry and ledger management.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws (GST, TDS) and compliance standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
