Accounts Manager

An accounts manager is a professional responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.
• Account Growth:Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
• Client Advocacy:Acting as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed by relevant teams.
• Problem Solving:Addressing client issues and concerns, working with internal teams to find effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Communication:Effectively communicating with clients and internal teams, providing updates, and ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
• Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
• Performance Monitoring:Tracking and analyzing account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making adjustments to strategies as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
