Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee all accounting operations within the company. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance, along with hands-on experience in managing accounts payable, receivable, taxation, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance (preferably in the furniture/interior or e-commerce industry).
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus).
• In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA Inter / CMA / MBA in Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience managing a small finance team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
