Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Accounts Manager / Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account activity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, strong in communication, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting onboarding of new clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to improve results
  • Work closely with internal teams (finance, sales, operations) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
  • Oversee invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation as needed
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support
  • Assist with developing and implementing account strategies to meet company targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, invoicing, and account reconciliation
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience as an accounts manager for a minimum of 2 to 3 yrs
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
  • Negotiation and contract management experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,620.75 - ₹30,000.00 per month
