Job Description

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts.
Job Costing: Implement and maintain systems to track and allocate all direct and indirect costs to specific projects.
Billing & Invoicing: Oversee the preparation and submission of timely progress billings, draw requests, and Schedule of Values.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily operational cash flow and liquidity.
Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis comparing actual costs to budgeted costs for projects.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage the collections process and monitor the aging of receivables.
Accounts Payable (AP): Supervise the AP function, including processing vendor and subcontractor invoices, ensuring compliance with holdbacks/retentiions
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all sales, payroll, and corporate income taxes.
Audit Management: Coordinate and serve as the primary contact for external financial and tax audits.
System Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the construction accounting software (ERP).
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the accounting staff.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
