Job Summary:

Formost International is looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and supervise the accounts team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong skills in Excel, payroll processing, and working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
• Handle payroll processing, including attendance tracking, salary computation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, MIS, and budget summaries.
• Oversee GST, TDS, income tax filings and ensure timely compliance.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, cash flow statements, and bank reconciliations.
• Generate reports using SAP/ERP software and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the audit process and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Key Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel skills
• In-depth knowledge of Payroll systems and statutory compliances (ESI, TDS )
• Experience in SAP / Tally / ERP software
• Leadership and team supervision experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• SAP or ERP certification is a plus
• Male candidates preferred
• Immediate joining required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
