Role Overview:

Accounts Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to grow with a high-impact, fast-paced startup in the e-commerce and supply chain space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS).
• Oversee tax compliance including GST, TDS, and income tax filings, and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits, ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and overall fund utilization.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial planning, cost control, and budgeting.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls and continuously optimize accounting systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Semi Qualified CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and tax laws.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, high integrity, and a proactive approach.
