Job Description

Fab Textrend India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete accounting process from compliance to finalization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end company accounting including:
• GST, TDS, Payroll, ESI, PF
• Export & Import documentation
• Daily accounting tasks and reconciliations
• Supervise accounts from audit to balance sheet finalization
• Prepare and submit monthly MIS and financial summaries to management
• Finalize Monthly Trial Balance by the 10th of every month
• Coordinate with banks, internal teams, CAs/CS, and other stakeholders
• Manage Cash Credit (CC) accounts, debtors, and creditors efficiently
• Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement
• Implement new accounting and reporting systems as needed

Required Skills & Competencies

Mandatory:

• Advanced knowledge of Tally ERP 9, MS Office, and internet-based accounting tools
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Strong command over GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and banking transactions
• Excellent financial reporting and MIS skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Hindi – both written and spoken
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Qualifications

• Required: B.Com / M.Com
• Preferred: CA (Inter)
