Assistant Manager-Fabric Sales

Job Description: As an Assistant Manager-Fabric Sales, your role will involve managing and growing fabric/textile sales in designated regions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a consistent market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales of fabrics/textiles in the assigned territory to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Handle a diverse customer base including fashion designers, retail fabric stores, fabric traders, apparel brands, garment exporters, and manufacturers. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business. - Expand market share by identifying and onboarding new customers through market visits and lead generation. - Explore untapped cities and regions to grow customer base and sales. - Ensure efficient sample distribution, management, and professional product presentation. - Update sales activities, customer feedback, and achievements in structured reports. - Innovate to identify new business opportunities and customer segments. - Demonstrate flexibility to travel extensively across India (15-20 days per month). - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Prior experience in fabric/textile sales or marketing is an added advantage. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in computer applications including Gmail, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), and MS Office. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. - Background in textiles/fabrics is a strong plus. - Ability to adapt and travel to different regions across India.
