Job Description

As an Assistant Manager-Fabric Sales at our company in Noida, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding fabric/textile sales in designated regions. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities to ensure a strong market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales of fabrics/textiles in your assigned territory to meet monthly and annual sales goals. - Cater to a diverse customer base including fashion designers, retail fabric stores, fabric traders, apparel brands, garment exporters, and manufacturers. - Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and loyalty. - Identify and onboard new customers through market visits and lead generation to increase market share. - Explore untapped cities and regions to expand the customer base and boost sales. - Ensure efficient sample distribution, organize product management, and maintain professional product presentation standards. - Provide structured reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and accomplishments. - Innovate constantly to discover new business opportunities and customer segments. - Be prepared to travel extensively across India (15-20 days per month) to meet business needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processing and enhance customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in fabric/textile sales or marketing is advantageous. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in computer applications such as Gmail, Google Workspace, and MS Office. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Background in textiles/fabrics will be a strong asset. - Willingness to adapt and travel to various regions across India. In this full-time, permanent role, you will receive benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, yearly bonus, and work in a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and candidates with at least 2 years of experience in fabric/textiles sales, 3 years in sales and management, and a total of 2 years of work experience are preferred.
