Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily accounting activities including ledger management, bank reconciliations, and entries in Tally or accounting software Handle end-to-end project billing including: Preparation and submission of client invoices based on work progress. Coordination with project teams to align billing with construction stages. Monitoring receivables and following up on payments. Maintaining billing schedules and reconciliation with clients. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and cash flow statements. Ensure timely filing of TDS, GST, and income tax returns. Manage vendor payments, purchase order entries, and maintain vendor accounts. Maintain and analyze project-wise costing, budgeting, and profit tracking. Coordinate with auditors, chartered accountants, and financial consultants. Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and statutory compliance. Liaise with banks for project loans, overdrafts, and financial documentation. Maintain records for RERA compliance and assist with related financial disclosures. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
