Accounts Manager (CA)

Job Summary:

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, overseeing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing budget forecasts. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting team.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Maintain general ledger and oversee reconciliation of accounts.
• Monitor and manage cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, banking operations, and payroll processing.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Support business planning by providing financial insights and reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications like CA, CMA, or CPA are preferred.
• 10+ years of proven experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in Managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and financial modeling abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
