Accounts Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Dy. Manager (Accounts) / Manager (Accounts)

Experience: 7 – 8 years

Qualification: B. Com / MBA or equivalent

Preference: Real Estate industry only.

Salary: CTC 50K to 60K pm ON MERITS.

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi

Duties and key responsibilities

· Experience in managing end to end financial accounting, account payable, ledger books, bank reconciliations and consolidation of accounts

· Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in adherence to accounting standards and standards of corporate governance, prevailing in various jurisdictions

· Ensuring statutory legal / regulatory compliance related to finance and accounts (Taxation/GST/ROC/PF/ESI)

· Coordination with Statutory auditors and responsible for end to end resolution of auditors queries

· Asset capitalisation, asset retirement and year end asset closing at year ending

· Understanding of current ROC issues

· Taxation Understanding

· Fundraising experience

· Supervising the process of vendor payments (which includes invoice receipt, verification, feeding, filing, following-up and tallying) at the regional level for managing vendors;

· Ensuring the establishment and implementation of internal control systems for the maintenance of accounts and records as required under different statutes and regulations, especially the Companies Act and other Secretarial procedures.

· Reporting risk issues to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

· Verifying compliance with financial statutory norms, internal processes, procedures and controls of the Government.

Skills and Knowledge

· Complete knowledge of Accounts.

· Good Communication Skills.

· Real Estate experience is mandatory.

· Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills

· Ability to work on deadline driven work environment
