We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to lead our Finance and Accounts department at OhmSakthi Groups. With a strong presence in the hotel and construction industries, we require a dynamic professional to oversee and streamline our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior accounting professional to contribute their expertise and grow with a reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization.
• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and records in line with statutory and company policies.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for hotel and construction projects.
• Manage payroll, taxation (GST, TDS, etc.), and ensure statutory compliance.
• Implement effective cost control and expense tracking measures.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Ensure effective use of accounting software ( Zoho Books or similar) and financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree/CA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in hotel, construction, or related industries.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Strong command of accounting software (Zoho Books, or equivalent) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹11,354.00 - ₹80,947.91 per month
