Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Ramanashree Richmond, 16, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025 Reports To: Management Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the restaurant chain, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining financial health. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors. Manage customer invoices, track receivables, and ensure timely collection of payments. Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any issues related to financial transactions. Statutory Compliance: Preparation of monthly GST and TDS Workings. Prepare and submit the monthly ESI,PF and PT contributions. Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and information. Address audit findings and implement recommended changes to improve financial practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
