Manage customer invoices, track receivables, and ensure timely collection of payments. Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any issues related to financial transactions. Statutory Compliance: Preparation of monthly GST and TDS Workings. Prepare and submit the monthly ESI,PF and PT contributions. Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and information. Address audit findings and implement recommended changes to improve financial practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
