Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination Supervision (for Accounts Manager)
Supervise accounts staff or junior accountants.
Assign tasks, review work, and provide training on financial procedures.
Ensure smooth coordination between accounts, operations, and sales teams.
Financial Management Accounting
Maintain day-to-day accounting records for the showroom(s) and corporate office.
Record all transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory movements.
Prepare and reconcile ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
Ensure accuracy of accounts for high-value gold, diamond, and precious metal transactions.
Accounts Payable Receivable
Manage billing, invoicing, and receipts from customers and vendors.
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection from clients and customers.
Process payments to suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Compliance Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly statutory filings.
Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
Financial Reporting Analysis
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Analyze sales, expenses, and profitability trends to provide actionable insights.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for showroom operations.
