Accounts Manager / Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Coordination & Supervision

• Supervise accounts staff or junior accountants.

• Assign tasks, review work, and provide training on financial procedures.

• Ensure smooth coordination between accounts, operations, and sales teams.

2. Financial Management & Accounting

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records for the showroom(s) and corporate office.

• Record all transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory movements.

• Prepare and reconcile ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.

• Ensure accuracy of accounts for high-value gold, diamond, and precious metal transactions.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage billing, invoicing, and receipts from customers and vendors.

• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection from clients and customers.

• Process payments to suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly statutory filings.

• Assist auditors during internal and external audits.

5. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

• Analyze sales, expenses, and profitability trends to provide actionable insights.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for showroom operations.
