Job Profile / Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the company’s financial records and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with the ability to maintain accurate books of accounts, generate financial reports, and ensure timely statutory filings. Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards. Record all day-to-day financial transactions in Tally or other accounting software. Prepare journal entries, ledgers, trial balances, and reconciliations. 2. Statutory Compliance Ensure timely and accurate filing of: GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) TDS Returns and payments Professional Tax, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory dues. Maintain all necessary documentation for audits and inspections. 3. Payroll & Employee Records Maintain pay registers and salary statements of all employees. Coordinate payroll processing including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS). Generate and maintain monthly pay slips and compliance reports. 4. MIS & Reporting Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports on a monthly/quarterly basis. Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis. Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. 5. Audit Support Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Provide necessary documentation and clarifications during audits.
